Assistance can be provided with construction quality management, including preparation and assessment of QHSE plans, QHSE registers and ITPs / ITRs, using MMAPS in-house quality management procedures and templates (see process flow chart below).

Project plan and job plan development

Project planning is undertaken using proprietary software including Project Plan 365 (fully compatible with MS Project), Mindview 9 and various in-house, MS Excel based tools.

Work scope, method statement and work specifications development

Construction work procedures, method statements and specifications are developed using engineering design data, OEM data, relevant industry data, relevant engineering standards and past experience.

Regulatory compliance

Assistance can be provided with PECPR Regulations compliance during construction and commissioning. Hugh Garrod was Regulatory Coordinator for Technip for the Kupe Gas Project.

Failure investigation and root cause analysis

Failure investigations and root cause analysis are based on relevant evidence, OEM data, relevant industry data, relevant engineering standards and past experience, using qualitative Fault Tree Analysis and 5-Why methodology.

Independent, non-statutory inspections

Assistance can be provided with independent, non-statutory construction inspections using MMAPS in-house quality management procedures and templates.

Tender and contract document (NZS391X) preparation

Tender and contract documentation can be prepared in accordance with NZS391X for construction services.

Construction quality management mentoring and coaching

Coaching and mentoring of individuals engaged in construction quality management can be provided in accordance with in-house guidelines and procedures.
