MMAPS principal, Hugh Garrod has had extensive maintenance, construction and regulatory experience in senior management roles. MMAPS has operated continuously since 1993 and prior to 1993, Hugh held various senior roles including Maintenance Manager for a petrochemical complex for 9 years and Chief Engineer for a dairy company for 4 years. MMAPS offers a range of remote, cost-effective services through email and 24 / 7 web conferencing to meet client needs for project management / planning; maintenance process optimisation; maintenance strategy, specification and procedure development; root cause analysis; job planning and risk analysis; construction quality control and supply chain support etc. Remote services are supplemented by appropriate field support as required, especially for project management and / or inspection services for maintenance, construction and supply chain.
MMAPS has relationships with other service providers in engineering, metallurgy, vibration analysis and NDT fields which can be used to support / augment the services MMAPS provides.
